This is an amazing fact that and should scare any facility manager or business owner. It gets worse. Many times the key ring not only has the facility's name and alarm codes but also the facility's address.
ANYONE SEE A PROBLEM HERE?
No facility names or addresses are ever used on any keys or key rings. Furthermore, we do not use names or addresses on any supervisor field documents. We use a three letter acronym on all building notations. This allows us and only us to know the identity of your building.
Don't entrust your building to an amateur or worse.
Each night many cleaners find themselves in a quandary. They have no childcare and don't want to lose their part time job, so they take the kids to work, only for the night.
Wonder why the chair is set at that weird angle or the computer looks like someone has been messing with it? Little Johnny had to do something, while his mom worked for 3 hours cleaning your building.
We approach this problem realistically.
Many cleaning companies are as surprised as you are when 7:00 AM rolls around and no one has cleaned your office. They do not have any ability to monitor their employees at an acceptable level.
Even if you have a small facility, you deserve a much higher level of service.
All our employees have a specific amount of time to clock in and out using your facility's phones. When they don't show up our Computerized Time System calls their manager and informs him or her of the absence.
This system works in all our clients facilities, no matter what the size. It also has an added bonus, we see the exact time your cleaner clocks in and out of your building. Using Caller ID, we "see" where they are and when they clean.
A large percentage of cleaners have had less than 2 hours of training. Many cleaning contractors have no formal training programs and have not invested in training aids.
Ask your contractor about their training programs. If you get a blank stare, call us and get professional service.
We have a formal training policy that is followed at all times. We understand that because someone knows how to clean a home, does mean they are ready to clean your building.
MSDS sheets, Microfiber dust cloths, Back Pack Vacuums and the many other tools and procedures are used to keep a facility clean at today's high standards.
We have a large library training DVD and Videos. Also On-The-Job Training aids help us be systematic in cleaning procedures. Most cleaners work as helpers for over 30 hours before they are allowed to work on their own. This allows further re-training as needed.
